Recent incidents

  • SEV-1 Entire order consumed within four minutes of arrival. Capacity planning for next order under review.
  • SEV-1 Box structural integrity failure in transit. Contents unaffected. Dignity affected.
  • SEV-2 Pepperoni quorum lost; failed over to secondary topping. RCA pending.
  • SEV-2 Doorbell rang twice: duplicate delivery-confirmation event. Idempotency key missing.
  • SEV-3 One (1) breadstick missing from batch. Logged. Not escalated. Never forgotten.
  • SEV-5 Someone asked for pineapple. Ticket opened. Ticket closed. No further comment.
